precisione nelle lavorazioni e l’ottimizzazione dei cicli produttivi

qualitativo. Vengono ampiamente utilizzate macchine utensili CNC in
tornitura, fresatura e rettifica, utilizzando materiali ferrosi e non
ferrosi come l'alluminio e le sue leghe, le materie plastiche, il

The Ambrosi
business starts with the passion for metal and mechanical working.
As years go by, we are still living with the same liveliness of

The customer, who
visits our mechanics departments, can note our professional and
versatile nature in running the manufacture of the single object,
and also the small and medium series production. Working accuracy
and production cycle optimization are fundamental to guarantee a
high and steady qualitative standard. CNC machines are
widely used in turning, milling and grinding for working of
ferrous material and non ferrous metal, like aluminum and its
alloys, plastics, bronze, brass, copper and every kind of
construction, heat treatment and tempering steel.
Heat and surface treatments
Necessary to guarantee the machined part in length of time. Having
a good knowledge of the materials, the heat and surface
treatments, simply does not let the design engineer be mistaken. A
right combining determines the operativeness of the machined part.
Ambrosi and its partners are able to carry out all the well-known
heat and surface treatments in order to offer a product which
comes up to the technical design, to the right use and to the
customer’s expectations.

Das Geschäft der
Firma Ambrosi begann mit der Passion für Metall und
Metallbearbeitung. Auch nach 70 Jahren Geschichte und in der
dritten Generation, herrscht der gleiche Geist, Dinge zu
entwickeln wie am Anfang.
Kunden, die
unseren Betrieb besuchen, werden unsere Professionalität und
Vielfältigkeit in der Fertigung erkennen, sei es für
Einzelprojekte oder bei kleiner oder mittlerer Serienfertigung.
Exakte Ausführung der Arbeit und Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe
sind die Grundlage, um einen hohen und gleich bleibenden
Qualitätsstandard zu garantieren.
Es werden zumeist
CNC Werkzeugmaschinen beim Drehen, Fräsen und Schleifen
eingesetzt, um Metall oder Nichteisenmetalle, wie Aluminium und
Aluminiumlegierungen, Plastik, Bronze, Messing, Kupfer zu
bearbeiten, sowie jegliche Art von Bau, Vergütungs- und härtbaren
Stählen.
Wärmebehandlung und Oberflächen-Vergütung Sind unerlässlich, um die Lebensdauer von bearbeiteten Teilen
zu garantieren. Wir besitzen beste Kenntnisse über Werkstoffe, die
Wärmebehandlungen und Oberflächenvergütungen, so dass der Technik
bei der Auslegung keine Fehler passieren können. Die richtige
Kombination zwischen Beidem, bestimmt die Lebensdauer des
bearbeiteten Werkstückes.
Ambrosi und seine Partner sind in der Lage alle bekannten
Wärmebehandlungen und Oberflächenvergütungen auszuführen, um somit
ein Produkt anbieten zu können, welches zeichnungskonform ist, für
den entsprechenden Einsatzfall geeignet ist und den
Kundenanforderungen entspricht.
