During the initial phase we help the client to transform an intuition or idea into a feasible product.

Our team of engineers and designers work in synergy to define the synthesis between the idea, production feasibility, and cost sustainability. From this synthesis the product concept is born.

The next phase will define the mass production, where the technologies used in the realization can be multiple. Together with the customer, the most appropriate solution will be chosen, paying particular attention to production costs, the quality of the final product and the demands of the reference market.

Virtual simulation is a fundamental column of Ambrosi Cesare’s production process.

Through FEM analysis, 3D virtual models are subjected to specific forces to verify their structural strength under different conditions of use. The advantages derived from this simulation help the designer to understand the areas of the part where the thickness is critical and will have to be increased and automatically all the areas where the mass can be reduced.

The result? Optimization of the parts, weight reduction, reduction of cycle times in production, reduction of breakage risks during the operating life.

A constant 20°C metrology room with the latest generation of 3D measuring machines allows us to check and test the products manufactured.

Depending on the complexity of the machined part or the technical specifications required by the customer, the strict controls will be carried out for each individual part or for sample tests.

In addition to the metrological controls, the accuracy of our production is guaranteed by the high quality standard of our machines.

Ambrosi Cesare is able to manage the entire design process starting from an idea or simple paper drawings.

Our technical department makes use of parametric 3D softwares (Inventor, SolidWorks) able to: model the single element or the complex sets, foresee criticalities and verify mechanical-structural resistances.

Listening, comparison, creativity, intuition, technical skills and more than 80 years of design experience allow us to define objects of the highest precision and complexity.

When dealing with complex projects, simulation is not enough.

Our production organization allows us to realize the following range of prototypes:

• Single elements or finished assembled assemblies
• Machined parts or assembly of machined parts assembled with commercial components
• From the single piece to the initial pre-series up to series production

The developments born in this phase are of vital importance to refine the project and to structure the industrial production.
