The processing operations connected to the web services offered by this site are carried out at the headquarters of the Data Controller and are carried out only by personnel authorised to process them. Occasionally, third party suppliers may be allowed temporary access to the memories of the site for exclusive reasons of technical assistance, in compliance with legal requirements and under the supervision of the Data Controller. The data are not communicated abroad.
In addition, no data resulting from interaction with the site is communicated or disclosed to third parties.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters relating to the operating system and computer environment of the user.
Navigation data will be collected exclusively in the legitimate interest of allowing the user to enjoy the contents published on the Owner’s websites and their proper administration and management. This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and is deleted immediately after processing. The data in question could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of any computer crimes against our site: except in this case, data on web contacts are generally not kept for more than seven days.

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to addresses with the @ambrosimeccanica.com extension indicated on this site involves, by its very nature, the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. The legal bases of the treatment are, therefore, the legitimate interest of the Owner to respond to communications received or the need to process pre-contractual requests made by the person concerned. The data will be kept for the time necessary to satisfy any requests from the sender or questions submitted to the Owner and, in any case, for the time required by specific legal provisions. The sender has, however, well remember, the right to request the cancellation of the same according to the terms, conditions and limits provided by art. 17 of GDPR.
We invite our users not to send in their communications names or other personal data of third parties that are not strictly necessary. Instead, the use of fancy names seems more appropriate.

At any time, the user may revoke the consent given pursuant to art. 7 of the GDPR (where consent has been requested); submit a complaint to the competent supervisory authority pursuant to art. 77 of the GDPR (Personal Data Protection Supervisor), if he believes that the processing of his data is contrary to the regulations in force.
The user may also make a request to object to the processing of his/her personal data pursuant to art. 21 of the GDPR in which he/she can give evidence of the reasons justifying the opposition: the Data Controller reserves the right to assess the request, which would not be accepted if there are legitimate compelling reasons to proceed with the processing that prevail over the interests, rights and freedoms of the user.
